As an addition to our product range and by popular request, we have been working on a big bore single turbo kit for a while. These kits will be fabricated on an individual basis, depending on the needs of the purchaser. Based around our popular, quality T1000 kit, the big bore kits feature further power enhancing goods. These include a 600x300x102 core size, intercooler, larger diameter manifold and crossover material fabricated from steam pipe and of course, a larger Garrett turbocharger. Turbo sizes can range from the proven T51R all the way up to a 1550hp GT55R. Being fabricated inhouse at ASE from thick walled steam pipe, these manifolds will out perform any stainless unit as they retain heat far better allowing maximum turbo efficiency

Aimed at those who have larger capacity built engines, the big bore kits are still well within a reasonable budget and will crush the competition at your local dyno day

Initial testing of these kits has proved promising. With a 'baby' 1100 hp GT4508R, this kit has produced 546rwkw on a Mainline dyno at a mere 11psi
