ZD30 Direct Injection GU Patrol intercooler. This intercooler is fitted with a 9’’ fan and is 80% larger than the stock unit. The kit includes all new alloy piping and silicone hoses. This is a direct bolt on replacement intercooler for the standard factory intercooler.
The standard factory intercooler is a tube and fin style intercooler, these are prone to splitting at the tube to header joint.
We have overcome that problem with a fully tig welded intercooler that will never split or leak, our intercooler uses 280x300x76mm core, cast alloy end tanks, billet CNC machined mounting brackets and map sensor block with boost port, mandrel bent alloy piping silicone hose and clamps. This kit replaces all the standard steel piping from turbo to inlet.
Our kit also includes a thermo fan with a wiring loom relay and requires no modifications, it bolts straight in!
