The ASE high flow, top mount, intercooler upgrade for the TD42 Nissan Patrol is a direct bolt on kit, with only minor modifications needed to install.
The ASE Nissan Patrol intercooler kit offers a significant increase in core size, 80% larger, with higher flow capabilities beyond the standard intercooler which will increase power and torque across the entire rev range.
The ASE intercooler and high flow cast alloy end tanks are fully tig welded. The 280 x 240 x 76 core size intercooler replaces the standard intercooler and our 63mm cnc machined billet inlet adaptor replaces the std 57mm cast elbow bolted to the inlet manifold, 63mm alloy mandrel bent piping and silicone hoses also replace the standard small restrictive steel piping. This intercooler also allows the removal of the restrictive stamdard butterfly.
