Our Nissan Patrol ZD30 common rail intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement for the standard factory intercooler. The factory intercooler is a tube and fin style intercooler, which are prone to splitting at the tube to header joint.
We have built a fully tig welded intercooler that will never split or leak, our intercooler uses a 280x240x76mm core, cast alloy end tanks, billet cnc machined mounting bracket and a map sensor block with boost port. The kit also includes a thermo fan with a wiring loom relay and requires no modifications to the sub frame, it bolts straight on. Our intercooler gives much better cooling and higher flow than the standard intercooler.
