Toyota Landcusier 80 series factory turbo, side mount intercooler kit.
This side mount kit allows for much easier installation of a winch.
280x300x76MM core size, bar & plate front mount intercooler 2” alloy mandrel bent piping, silicone hoses & clamps this kit suits factory and aftermarket turbo kits.
NOTE: Please select which version of the kit you need from the product options drop down box above, we have 2 variants, this is due to a different inlet manifold adaptor, the 2 adaptors are shown in the images above.
- 12 valve, 1HDT engine, is pre 1995. (This kit also suits after market turbo kits fitted to the 1HZ engine)
- 24 Valve 1HDFT engine, 1995 onwards.
Our kit doesn’t require cutting of your guards, the only modification is the bonnet support brace, we supply a new replacement brace as part of the kit.
The kit will give you a 37% increase in power and torque usually from 80 rwkw to 110rwkw.

Our front mounted intercoolers don’t suffer from heat soak from high under bonnet temperatures like top mounted intercoolers or water to air intercoolers, which at low speed - hard slogging can increase inlet temperatures.
