Nissan Skyline R33 Front-mount Intercooler
This is our intercooler kit to suit R33 skyline. This kit has polished stainless piping SFS silicone hose and TBolt style clamps. in addition, it has a 600x300x73 core tube and fin or bar and plate depending on which you prefer. This kit performs outstanding on a standard vehicle reducing the air temp from 128degC to 32degC on a 26deg day with 14psi of boast compared to the standard intercooler which after 7 seconds on full throttle simply doesn't work! Temps exceed 80degC but ours keeps a constant temp of 32degC no matter how much punishment you give it.

This RX7 S6 has had the works! To start, the ASE custom exhaust has a GT35-40 turbo kit, 600x300x73 intercooler kit, custom 2 row 57mm dimple tube radiator, Custom throttle body adaptor, two extra injectors in the inlet manifold, custom water pump pulley, oil catch can, stainless radiator and hoses, Bosch motor sport fuel pump and surge tank, build race engine makes 280Kw (373HP) at wheels in street trim at only 15psi boost. All of the parts on this masterpiece were built by Auto Sport Engineering and is the standard for all of our work.

Holden VL Turbo Plenum
Our plenum and intercooler kit gives you all you need to fit a custom plenum chamber and intercooler in one easy to fit kit. The package includes 600x270.73 intercooler and mounting brackets and bolts, polished stainless piping silicone hose and clamps. 1 XF Falcon throttle body and intake manifold that bolts straight to cylinder head. The plenum chamber is designed to maximise air flow to each cylinder and get rid of that over the rocca cover throttle position, each manifold is custom built by ASE and polished to give it a show type appearance. As you can see the appearance of the engine bay is totally changed by our plenum and intercooler kit.
Mazda RX7 Series 4 13B Turbo
This RX7 S4 has one of our turbo kits; a GT35-40 turbo, turbosmart wastegate, stainless turbo manifold, stainless dump pipe and screamer pipe from waste gate plus Speedflow oil and water feed and drain pipe. Intercooler and Radiator kit included polished stainless steel piping silicone hose and stainless Tbolts style clamps 500x300x73 intercooler and custom race radiator. This package can be fitted with no cutting in engine bay and can be supplied in part of a whole package to suit 500-750hp.
